I'm not a blogger

In the early 2000s, I found my digital home across various messageboards. These weren’t just websites – they were vibrant communities where I forged genuine connections, eventually becoming a moderator on several. Our discussions had depth, purpose, and a shared passion that’s increasingly rare in today’s online landscape.

I’ve always been more of a listener than a talker (though my wife might disagree). In the vast digital spaces we inhabit today, I rarely raise my voice. But watching the deterioration of social media – with its algorithmic manipulation, echo chambers, and increasingly toxic environment – I feel compelled to carve out my own authentic space online again.

Somewhere along the way in the way, I lost that personal touch with my own website. It became a place for me to catalog my work just so I could get more work. I’d like that to change so…

My first project here is personal: bringing back to life some of my old motorcycle journey posts from the around internet. It’s not just about preserving memories; it’s about rekindling that spirit.

Here’s to making the internet weird and interesting again – one personal corner at a time.
