Right Now

I'm crafting financial experiences at Barrons.com as the Lead Product & Experience Designer. Working on making wealth management more accessible and understandable for everyone. I'm also contributing to our shared design system across Dow Jones because great design should scale.

The Journey Here

Before Barrons, I was helping reimagine healthcare at Quil Health, a Comcast and Independence Blue Cross venture. We built tools and content that made healthcare less confusing and more human.

My path started at Rowhouse Media, where I helped small businesses find their digital voice. Later, at AMI Entertainment Network ('12-'15), pioneering the future of on-premise entertainment. Beyond modernizing jukeboxes, we reimagined how people interact with music, games, and each other in social spaces. From mobile apps to touchscreen interfaces, we created experiences that brought people together in bars, restaurants, and venues across the country.

If we get the chance to work together I put together this personal read me

How I Can Help

Prototyping & Exploration

From rough sketches to high-fidelity prototypes, I'll help you see what works (and what doesn't) before writing a single line of code.

Product Validation

Great ideas deserve real feedback. Through user research, testing, and continuous learning, I'll help make sure we're building something people actually want and need.

Product Strategy

Let's figure out not just what to build, but why it matters. I'll help connect your product vision to real user needs and business goals through collaborative planning and clear roadmaps.

Responsive & Responsible Design

Good design works everywhere, for everyone. I specialize in turning early concepts into robust, accessible systems that scale with your product and team.

Design Systems

Consistency brings confidence. I'll help your team build and maintain design systems that make decision-making easier and development faster, while keeping your product cohesive.

Creative Direction

Every product has a story to tell. I'll help you find the right mix of visuals, words, and interactions to make that story resonate with your audience.

Off the Clock

Home is in historic Philadelphia, where I live with my wife Kate and our Cattlemutt, Mihra. When I'm not nudging pixels in figma & css, you might find me wrenching on motorcycles, visiting all the coffee roasters, or adventuring as a Rogue Cleric in our neighborhood D&D group. Home renovation projects are my other hobby – though that might be too gentle a word for what happens when you own a 100-year-old house.

This site is my digital playground – a constant work in progress built with 11ty. I’m using it to explore modern CSS, play with variable fonts, and generally geek out. My Analytics are handled by Fathom (because our privacy matters), and fonts are served locally (because performance matters too).

Sure, I could’ve used Squarespace, but where’s the fun in that.
